If someone takes oath without the decision of the party leader then that person is a public enemy and the people will try that person one day, said BNP Standing Committee Member Gayeswhar Chandra Roy.
He made the comment at a human chain held on Thursday (Apr 25), in front of the National Press Club, demanding the revocation of the law that curbs the media, unconditional release of Khaleda Zia and justice for the killing of journalists.
Saying that the people of the country were deprive of voting rights, he added, “Since people could not vote properly, no one won or lost in the 11th National Parliamentary Elections.”
