Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina holds the record for not making good on her promises, criticized BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi.
“Restore the voting rights of the people or the government will have a dangerous fall,” Rizvi called on the government during a media brief on Tuesday (Jan 22) at the party headquarters in Naya Paltan.
He called for the PM to step down and restore the system of an impartial polls-time government.
“Actually in Sheikh Hasina’s dictionary good governance means the increase of extrajudicial killings,” Rizvi said.
He added that the prime minister and lawmakers were resorting to various tricks to validate the controversial and shameful polls.
