‘BNP made Bangladesh champion in corruption for three consecutive times’

Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Akhtaruzzaman was addressing a programme in Dhaka on Tuesday (Dec 25).Bangladesh had secured top position in Transparency International’s corruption perception index for three consecutive times during BNP’s tenure, said Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Akhtaruzzaman.
“People of the country have understood that they made mistake in the past by casting their franchises in favour of BNP,” Akhtaruzzaman told at a programme in Dhaka on Tuesday (Dec 25).
Akhtaruzzaman said, “The three times champion in corruption, BNP is now in coalition with Jammat-e-Islami and other anti-liberation forces.”
“The world knows Bangladesh is marching towards a developed country as the development of the ruling party is obvious,” he said.
Akhtaruzzaman urged all to work for raising awareness among the voters.
“The BNP-Jamaat coalition will install the reign of terror if they win the next national election,” he said.
