Contempt rule against home secy, IGP, BRTA chief

The home secretary, inspector general of police and Bangladesh Road Transport Authority chairman has been given four weeks to respond.
The bench of Justice Md Ashfaqul Islam and Justice Mohammad Ali issued the rule on Tuesday after a petition filed by Dhaka resident Nasir Uddin Khan.
In 2009, the High Court instructed concerned authorities to take steps to install speed guns on the roads by June 30, 2010 to in a bid to curb road accidents.
