A fire has broken out at the ground floor of the Election Commission office in Dhaka.
The fire broke out at the Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital's Agargaonat 11:06pm on Sunday (Sept 8), Kamrul Hasan, duty officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defence control room, told Bangla Tribune.
Five firefighting units rushed to the spot, he said.
More units were on the way, said Hasan adding the reason behind the incident could not be known immediately.
