A police constable has been killed as a truck ran over him in Dhaka.
The incident was reported from Janpath intersection of the capital’s Jatrabari on around 12:30am on Wednesday (Jun 26), said Jatrabari police SI Samsul Alam.
The deceased has been identified as Nur Mohammad, said hospital police outpost in-charge Bacchu Mia.
The body has been kept at Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy, he added.
