A fire has broken out in five-storied residential building at Banglamotor’s Kathalbagan area in Dhaka.
The incident was reported around 12:30pm on Sunday (Jun 9), said Fire Service and Civil Defence employee Lima Khanam.
“Two Fire service units rushed to the spot initially and two more units were dispatched later,” she said and added that it can’t yet be said what caused the fire.
Kalabagan Sub Inspector Sahab Uddin said that the fire was tamed shortly and that there were no casualties.
