No question paper of HSC will be leaked: Education minister

Education minister Dr. Dipu Moni visited Siddheshwari Girls’ College, Dhaka.Eduation minister, Dr. Dipu Moni, has said that questions of the HSC exam will not be leaked.
“I hope HSC will also be completed smoothly and with the support of all we can prevent leaking of questions.”
In this regard, we want the assistance of teachers, guardians and the media, added the minister.
Dr. Dipu Moni made the comments on Monday, April 1 while visiting the Siddheshwari Girls’ College in the capital.

HSC exams have begun from 10 am with over 1.35 million students from 9,081 educational institutions at 2579 centres.
Of them, over 664,000 are boys and over 687,000 are girls.

Saying that the PM has ordered the cancellation of all exams till class three, she added: “This will be implemented by the ministry of primary education.”

“During SSC, there were some printing errors; we cancelled the exam and retook it; hopefully, there won’t be any problem this time.
Regarding spread of rumours in social media, the minister observed: “The intelligence agencies are maintaining a vigil and firm measures will be taken against those who are found to be spreading rumours.”
I am requesting the guardians to refrain from listening to rumours, added the minister.

“From 1 April till 6 May, all coaching centres will be closed and this will be monitored by upazila administration.”
On addressing the problems related to SSC, she said that a based on a submitted report steps will be taken.
“There is a specific system under which affected students will be evaluated.”
