A CCTV footage has been found that shows how the Supravat Paribahan bus ran over Abrar Ahmed Chowdhury and killed him on the spot.
Abrar, a first-year honours student of International Relations Department at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), was killed after the bus ran him over at Nodda near Dhaka’s Bashundhara Residential area on Mar 19.
The death of Abrar sparked protest among the students that ended Mar 20 after the assurance of respective authorities.

The CCTV footage shows that the Supravat Paribahan bus tried to escape from the scene leaving Abrar on the street.
