The High Court has ordered the submission of all criminal cases till 2010 within 30 days.

High Court also ordered the resolution of cases within six months.

The order was given Tuesday (Feb 26) by a joint bench of justices, M Enayetur Rahim and Md Mostafizur Rahman.

Earlier, in 2007, there was a robbery and in that case, one accused appealed at the High Court, requesting bail.

On Tuesday, during the bail hearing, court felt that since the witnesses of the case didn’t show up, the resolution is taking a long time.

High Court expressed anger over the absence of witnesses and therefore gave the order to settle all cases within 30 days.
