Bakhtiar Uddin ChowdhuryThe controversial religious guru Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has been sentenced by the country's court to 20 years for rape of two female disciples. There was a smoke created when he was sentenced to 10 years in each of the two cases, according to Media. But court officials later ensured, ‘Ram Rahim Singh has to be sentenced for 20 years in total.’
When Ram Rahim was convicted of rape in Panchkula of Haryana, thousands of devotees started showing strong protests in Haryana, Punjab, and Delhi and train-buses were burnt. At least 38 people were killed and many others were injured in the violence. 50-year-old Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh is now imprisoned in jail.

Gurmeet was not the first person. Year after year, many religious gurus’ are in news headlines of newspapers. They are cheating with the devotees, being physically-psychologically exploited. Even rape is a common occurrence. These are happening of state sponsorship and religious blindness. People like Narendra Modi are also praising these religious leaders and the followers. There is no promoter of Hindu religion. Based on the knowledge of Muni Rishis (religious saints), this religion was founded. The Hindu religious saints tried to find the truth with pursuing.

Freud said that the world is moving around on the wheels of sex. Kissing the boy is a kind of sex, kissing the wife is also sex. People running after money are also for sex. Dealing with the naked sex of the human race is the main reason for the disruption of world peace.

In America, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh (who later became known as Osho), established a monastery like Ram Rahim Singh. Rajneesh’s monastery was a very crowded. He has some planes of his own. The American government later found that basically, youths are the Rajneesh's fans. Youths are making sex in the monastery also. The US government deported him from America and Rajneesh returned to India with filling his five planes with goods. The Indian government also drove him out. Later Guru Rajneesh took shelter in Nepal. The monastery of Gurmeet Ram Rahim was very similar to Rajneesh's monastery in many ways.

From ancient times monastery-related activities were encouraged by the Indian gurus (religious leaders). When Mahamati Gautam (Gautama Buddha) started the campaign of religion, he also established the ‘Ashram’ (monastery). His monastery was called 'Sangha'. After observing the situation of his monastery, Mahamati Gautam once instructed that the boy beggars would not be with elder monks. He arranged separate monastery for the boy monks. As a result, nine hundred monks offended and abandoned him.

Gautam faced similar discrimination while protecting the monks from the crime of sex. Buddhist monks and Christian monks had a similarity that both had to take an oath of ‘Brahmacharya’ (stay away from sex) and poverty. And the Buddhist monk had not to take an oath of obedience. In fact, the question of the reality of this method has been questioned. To keep away from the family and woman's physical touch - this was against the human instinct.

Religion should keep alive through the ideals of the rational combination. A religion cannot survive in a difficult rule of abrogating excessive dogma and keeping the rule tight. There is no central organization to control the monastery in India, like the Roman Church of Europe. It is therefore seen that the monastery may create anarchy. If there is a state of unrestrained control and religious freedom will leave the control of religion or religious leaders, Anarchy will rise and people like Rajneesh and Gurmeet will take the advantage of it.

Since the beginning of 2014, India's Mohantas (religious icons) has been in power. Indeed, now India is under the control of the Nagpur monastery, though the BJP is in power. The Nagpur monastery is the headquarters of RSS. BJP is RSS's political platform. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Vice President Venkaida Naidu are the RSS cadres.

The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand is also the monastery leaders. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Sadhu Aditya Nath has a monastery and it is also a huge monastery. Even women scandal is also published against him. For this scandal, Adityanath once lost the membership of council of states in India.

The Aryans came to India after the Indus Civilization. The beginning of Hindu religion and the religious texts were written in Aryan patronage. The Aryans are in the power in India. The BJP got its majority seat in Aryan areas. So the saints show so much power. Like the monasteries of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, many religious monasteries are found at ‘Gobaloy’. Much of the Aryan culture has lost its absolute value. But if the saints seek it again, there will be a lot of controversy in India. The judicial system of India seems to have realized this, and it has begun to create obstacles in the uprising of saints by giving a sentence to Ram Rahim for 20 years jail.

Rajneesh and Gurmeet have had such monasteries and put an impact on India's religious culture and it is the failure of the government. The problems of the devotees are resolved by the monastery, whether there is a scarcity of water or something else. There will be no monastery, which has its own school, canteen, cooperative mess. As a result, the devotees feel that these monastery heads are made up of a questionless adherence. In view of this, we see 38 people killed in the case of arrest of a person accused of rape. Ram Rahim's devotees can stoop two states. It is not possible to stop the emergence of these religious leaders in India if the government is not aware. But the question is, can the Guru, monk, Mohant and communal-based Modi government be able to stop the rise of religious leaders like Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh?
