Bangladesh has nothing to hide Bangabandhu to UN representative (2)After meeting Bangabandhu on Feb 11, 1972, the special representative of UN’s secretary general said that Bangabandhu has given UN the right to complete freedom of movement within the country and said: “Bangladesh has nothing to hide.”
Meanwhile, Indira Gandhi in a message said that based on discussion in Kolkata, she got an outlook about a perspective for compromise.
UN’s special representative Victorio Guisiard, said: “Bangabandhu has asked me to visit anywhere I want.”
On this day, minister for rural development and cooperatives, Shamsul Huq, declared that previous autonomous bodies will be dissolved.
The minister called on the people of rural Bengal to take part in consolidating the rural structure.
The government has taken programme to form a village force which will be 40 thousand strong and most of the members will be from the freedom fighters, added the minister.

Communication minister Monsur Ali, said: “A probe committee will submit a report on the Biman accident within three weeks.”
The Janaza of pilots captains Abdul Khaleq and Nasir Haider, killed in the crash was held at Paltan with Bangabandhu present.
