A day before Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is all set to visit India on Thursday (Oct 2), Pakistan Premier Imran Khan phoned Hasina on Wednesday (Oct 1) and exchanged pleasantries.
The Pakistani premier phoned PM Hasina on Wednesday afternoon and exchanged pleasantries, Hasina's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim told the media.
Imram inquired about the recent treatment of Hasina's eye in London and its present condition.
Hasina thanked her Pakistani counterpart for his call, Karim said.
