The people no longer believe in BNP’s “nonsense,” claimed Law Minister Anisul Huq.
His remarks came on Friday (Jun 21), in response to comments from BNP National Standing Committee member Amir Khasru Mahmood Chowdhury who said that the government was interfering in all matters of the state.
“BNP has always loved spewing rubbish,” he lashed and added, “They are saying that the judiciary is being controlled when justice is being served.”
The minister said that all the institutions in the country were independent and the government was not interfering in Khaleda’s case.
“The people no longer believe them [BNP],” he added.
