The others are Joint Secretary of home ministry’s Security Division Md Helal Mahmud Chowdhury, Civil Aviation and Tourism Joint Secretary Mustakim Billah Faruqi and Joint Secretary of home ministry’s Public Security Division Md Jahangir Alam.
