Sohel Taz to disclose ‘constructive plan’ after Eid

Sohel TazFormer state minister Sohel Taz has decided to do something positive for the country and he would disclose his plan after Eid.
A status on his verified Facebook page on May 31 said: “I have been thinking for some time to do something constructive for my motherland especially for the betterment of the youth. I thought about it deeply and found a solution - will talk about it after the Eid.”
He also wrote, “Many commented that I should return to the country – as a matter of fact I stay in the county most of the time.”
Thousands of fans and followers of Taz made comments with great enthusiasm and supports.
The post got at least 5,000 comments, 35,000 likes and 2,000 sharing.
A Facebook user wrote, “Leader [Sheikh Hasina] needs patriot Awami Leaguer like you as Bangabandhu needed your father.”
The son of the first prime minister of Bangladesh Tajudding Ahmed was appointed as the state minister of home in 2009 in the Awami League cabinet.
Later, he resigned from the post citing personal issues.
