The Facebook page and email address of State Minister Nasrul Hamid have reportedly been hacked with efforts on to retrive control of the accounts.

"The Facebook page was detected as hacked since Friday (Mar 8) morning," ministry’s public relations official Mir Aslam Uddin told Bangla Tribune.

“Nasrul Hamid’s Facebook profile has been hacked. Until the profile is recovered, the minister will not be accountable for any information published through this profile since Friday,” said Uddin.

He urged everyone to be sure before responding to any e mails or messages received from the hacked accounts.

"Please verify such messages if anyone receives them from the ministe's e mail." he said.

On Sunday (Mar 3), the verified Facebook page of Minister of Industries Nurul Majid Humayun was hacked and a case was filed over the incident.
