President M Abdul Hamid will attend the first namaz-e-janaza of Public Administration Minister and Awami League Presidium Member Syed Ashraful Islam to be held at the South Plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban around 10:30am on Sunday (Jan 6).
“The President will attend his namaz-e-janaza,” President’s Press Secretary Md Joynal Abedin told BSS.
Family sources, meanwhile, said Syed Ashraf would be laid to his eternal at Banani graveyard after Asr prayers on Sunday.
