Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, will be honoured with two special awards during the 73rd General Assembly of United Nations, Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali, told media on Thursday (Sept 20).
He said: “prime minister will be honoured with two prizes during this assembly. Besides, the Global Hope Coalition will also honour the PM with their Special Recognition for Outstanding Leadership Award.”
The PM is set to fly to New York on Friday (Sept 21).
She is scheduled to address the UN national assembly in Bengali on Sept 27.
