As many as 310,511 posts are remained vacant in different ministries, says Public Administration Minister Syed Ashraful Islam.
“Recruitment process in several government offices is underway while several posts can be filled up through promoting officials and the Bangladesh Public Service Commission,” he told the House on Monday (Sept 17)
Responding to a query from lawmaker Abul Kalam, he said, “It’s not possible to mention specific dates to fill up these vacant posts.”
Replying to another query from lawmaker Didarul Islma, the minister said, “District administration now provides 37 types of services online including licence for arms and stamp vendors.”
