National Award-winning short film ‘Ghraan’ (The Smell) will be screened at the Alliance Française de Dhaka on Saturday.
Directed by Kamrul Ahsan Lelin, the film will be screened its Dhanmondi centre at 6:30pm, Alliance Française de Dhaka Programme Officer Mamun or Rashid told Bangla Tribune.
The 27-minute film is open to all.
The cast of the film includes Tauquir Ahmed, Saberi Alam, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Nirzhar Ahsan, Angona Islam, Rajanigandha Rofik, Emon, Rasel, Siam, Ghalib, Puja and others.
‘Ghraan’ won the National Film Award 2016 in the Short Film Category.
Earlier, the film also won the Best Director Award in the Short Film category at the SMR 13 International Independent Film Festival held in France, won Best Short Film Award at the 6th Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival in 2016.
