The government has moved to introduce a central telecom monitoring system, ICT and Telecoms Minister Mustafa Jabbar says.
Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission will operate the system, which will automatise the information gathering and reporting process, the minister told in parliament on Tuesday (Jul3).
This system would also enable the real time monitoring of the license holders.
“Tender has been floated to purchase the necessary hardware and software”, Jabbar informed the parliament.
