Bangladesh's first World Cup warm-up game against Pakistan has been abandoned due to unrelenting rain in Cardiff.
Not even a toss was possible as persistent rain hit the Sophia Gardens before the game was set to kick off at 3:30pm Dhaka time on Sunday (May 26).
The wet outfield followed by spells of rain delayed the match and pitch remained under cover before the umpires took the final call around 7pm.
Unfortunately the rain is unrelenting in Cardiff, forcing #PAKvBAN to be abandoned without a ball bowled. pic.twitter.com/vaKYh7Hg4y
