BNP has started distributing nomination papers for the 11th parliamentary polls with the first form collected on behalf of their incarcerated party chief Khaleda Zia.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, opened the nomination forms distribution around 10 am Monday (Nov 12) at the Naya Paltan party office in the capital.

The first three forms were collected on Khaleda’s behalf by senior leaders of the party.

BNP Vice Chairman, Abdul Awal Mintu, collected the first one for Feni-1 Constituency while two nomination forms were taken for Bogura-6 and Bogura-7.

Standing committee members of the party Nazrul Islam Khan and Mirza Abbas took the forms for two Bogura seats.
