The BNP-led 20-party Alliance has called a meeting on Monday evening.

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 6:30pm at BNP chief’s Gulshan office , Bangladesh NAP General Secretary Golam Mostofa told Bangla Tribune.

BNP General Secretary Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and co-ordinator of the alliance Nazrul Islam Khan is expected to be present in the meeting.

The meeting is likely to discuss the current political situation, in particular the newly formed Jatiyo Oikya Front among other issues.

BNP will present their stance on the new alliance before the allies, said sources.  

The upcoming national polls, will also be in the meeting’s agenda.
