The government has fixed the fee of dope tests at Tk 900.
A circular has been issued by the Directorate General of Health Services under the Ministry of Health on Wednesday (Oct 16).
It said the total fee of a non-specific and alcohol test under the dope tests will be Tk 900.
Of the non-specific tests, the fee of any of the four tests -- Benzodiazepines, Amphetamine, Opiates, Cannabinoids, has been set at Tk 150 each while fee of the alcohol test will be at Tk 300, the circular added.
On Dec 5, the government made the dope test compulsory in the recruitment process for entry to government jobs.
