Suspended director of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Khandaker Enamul Basir, has said that he was sacked not for taking bribes but because he disclosed classified information.
He said: “Media has caused irreparable damage to me reputation by presenting false and wrong information; they did not verify the news.”
Basir made the comments on Wednesday (Jun 12), while talking to the media in front of the ACC office.
At this time, he misbehaved with the media personnel present.
