First Hajj flight on Saturday

Hajj flight. BANGLATRIBUNE/Sazzad HossainThe first official Hajj flight will take off on Saturday morning.
A Biman Bangladesh flight will carry 419 pilgrims from Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport to Jeddah.
Official at the Biman authorities say, Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister AKM Shahjahan Kamal and Religious Affairs Minister Matiur Rahman will see the pilgrims off at the airport.
Biman has already completed all the preparations to operate Hajj flights smoothly, they claimed.
A total of 1,27,198 pilgrims will fly for Hajj from which 63,599 have opted for Biman.
Among the 63,599, 7,198 will fly under government management and 56,401 will fly under private management. The remaining others will fly with Saudia Airlines.
