Health Minister Zahid Maleque has ordered the drive against expired medicines and adulterated food to be intensified.
He made the comment on the fourth day of the conference for Deputy Commisioners (DCs) on Wednesday (Jul 17).
“We have asked for support from district administrators and community clinics to improve health care facilities,” he said and added, “Special order for monitoring of sales of antibiotics has been given.”

“An order has been given to establish a nursing institute in Khagrachari."
