The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has recommended 578 candidates who passed 37th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) viva exams to be appointed as first class non-cadres.
The list of candidates was published on Wednesday (Mar 13) following special meeting of the Commission.
The recommended 578 posts, include 150 social welfare officers, 52 Upazila Food Controllers, 23 Upazila/Thana Election Officers under the Election Commission, 40 sub-registrars for the Directorate of Registration, 31 assistant directors for the Department of Environment.
