For the first time in Bangladesh, more than 100 houses were built in Bangabandhu Film City, Gazipur to give the realistic look of a slum and it has already became a major attraction.
The lead character Naima, played by Novera Rahman, is the capricious elder daughter of a rickshaw-puller. A free and independent girl, Naima grew up in a Bangladeshi, with life as colourful as the ‘rangolis’ she used to make.
Her earning from drawing ‘rangolis’ was never enough for her and her family but it never stopped Naima from making the colourful drawings.
One day she steps out of her house with a heart full of dreams. The film weaves the stories of the different twists and turns she faces while chasing her dream.
These twists and turns give Naima new experiences which gives birth to a brave Rickshaw girl.
