At least 16 people have died and more than 50 others injured after two trains collided in Brahmanbaria early on Tuesday (Nov 12).
Chattogram-bound Udayan Express from Sylhet and Dhaka-bound Turna Nishita from Chattogram collided at Mondobagh Railway Station at the east central district's Kasba Upazila.
Negligence by Turna Nishita’s driver has led to the crash, according to a primary investigation by railway authorities.
