Police in Jashore have recovered two bodies from Manirampur upazila on Sunday (June 24).
The youths, aged between 30 and 32, were killed during a gun fight between two rival factions, police suspect.
OC of Manirampur, Mokarram Hossain, said: “A police team had been sent after we came to know of a gunfight near the Chhatiyantala area early morning, at around 5 am.”
Sensing the presence of police, the criminals left the spot, he added.
The two unidentified bodies were found beside the Jashore-Manirampur road and have been sent to Jashore General Hospital for autopsy, Hossain added.
