A human chain demonstration was carried out at Khulna, demanding exemplary punishment for the killers of Feni madrasa student Nusrat Jahan Rafi.
BNP’s women wing Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal’s Khulna unit organised the protest on Friday (Apr 18).
The protesters said that they have reservations about whether Nusrat will receive justice given that her killers are affiliated with the ruling Awami League.
They reiterated that many cases, including Sagar-Runi and Tonu’s still remain unresolved and as the government has no accountability impunity was on the rise.
